DREAMER

Growing up in the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Dex always knew he was different from the other kids around him. Unlike most of his peers, Dex felt a strong desire to speak out against injustice and oppression in our world, whether it be racism, sexism, discrimination based on religion or sexual orientation, or any number of other problems. It was this passion for speaking out against inequality that inspired him to write “Dreamer.”
